RIOTMILOO BIOGRAPHY 2026
French artist Riotmiloo’s musical roots come from riotgrrrl’s screams and protest. Lead Singer of the London garage punk band Venom Seeds (2003-2008), she was noticed by magazines and the London scene for her intense stage presence.
Eager to experiment with different musical genres, Riotmiloo also collaborated with upcoming and established artists across many underground musical genres. This led her to focus on her own musical project.
She signed with German iconic label Ant-Zen in 2015, where she released two albums and a single, paving the way for an original, pitch-black, feminine industrial sound.
Her performances have often been described as powerful, moving and energetic. Using industrial and sombre electronic sounds, she creates a cathartic and hypnotic experience. Having played shows in England and abroad, Riotmiloo has performed at major festivals across Europe, including the Wroclaw Industrial Festival (Poland), Infest (UK), and Electroanschlag (Germany), among others. She has also supported Author and Punisher as well as Lingua Ignota in London.

What The Press Says…
“Epic release, without comparison, neither previous nor future. Only deviant, revolutionary sonic avant-gardism. Riotmiloo’s is a psychically anxious, penetrating electronic substance that spreads unstoppably in the listener’s sensitive circuits […] However cold, this music humanizes the sound, in a nightmarish triumph of suggestion, fear, pain and sensations of alarm that desperately seek the light that finally comes through the ardent desire to never give up, despite the discouragement and the invocation of the saving ‘blackout’: it’s amazing to know that all this happens simply by pressing the ‘play’ button of your device.” – Vox Empirea-Dark Reviews
“Blackout is a record with restrained tension but carries a weight, a heavy message. The sound environment is austere, but the haunting loops and the raw vocals captivate you. Riotmiloo does not move randomly, and if she presses where it hurts, she does so suggestively. And that’s the strength of the record: the fact that it refuses to explode gratuitously, to give in to the temptation of the spectacular. Hardship, the fall is not a spectacle.” – Obsküre Magazine
“Riotmiloo, commanded the stage with a presence that was both magnetic and unsettling. Her voice ranged from delicate whispers to fierce, guttural screams, while the music – a dark mix of beats and analogue synths – wove together an emotionally charged soundscape.“ – Reflections Of Darkness
“[Her] empowerment took the form of the fist that Riotmiloo raised throughout her set. Wearing an armband that wrote ‘Stand Against Hate’, Riotmiloo offered a captivating set that did not confine itself within the limits of the stage, but actively included the audience in it.” – Blauerosen Mag
“Riotmiloo shines brightly with her razor-sharp, confrontational and socio-political lyrics.” – Dark Entries
“We can hear the throat-grabbing cry of fear […] as if it could choke you at any moment.” – Luminous
